The delivery person leaves packages in front of the garage. Though sometimes convenient, it is not always the right choice especially when it is raining. ( Feb 22-23)Recently, I ordered a hair dryer that was left out in the rain. It was obvious from the box that it was electronic. The box was soaked all the way through. I had to return it for electronic damage. This package would have easily fit in the mailbox, or put in the covered porch. Please be mindful next time. Thank you!

Carrier refuses to deliver packages. Carrier said driveway was impassible and would not deliver until fixed. The truth is there is a fork in the driveway and if they take the left fork there is no problem because they can turn around in the parking area and return without backing up. We have 5 motorcycles a Toyota SUV, a Mustang that use the roads without mishap. We have deliveries from FEDEX, UPS, Door Dash, Instacart and oxygen deliver with no complaints. I keep getting disconnected from the post office when I try to address the issue. This is exceptionally poor service and I am sure the number of packages that we have impacts the personnel at the Post Office.

I would rate the mail delivery service for this US Post Office extremely poor. On Numerous occasions the service will say "Unable to Deliver". Personal experience the contract driver refuses to drive up the paved road with loop driveway no need to back up saying it is in an undeliverable area. I have personally made complaints to the North Bend Postal Service and the packages will arrive with the contracted driver giving some excuse. My folks are in their 80s and can manage to drive up and down this hill. They have been at the residence each time the packages should have been delivered so a secure location is also another bogus reason noted why "Undeliverable Location". I try to call Post Office during hours and phone just rings or the system hangs up on me. There should be no reason my parents (in their 80s) should have to drive 30-45 minutes to pick up a package. Note some packages do make it which is unexplainable. No reattempt cards are placed in the mailbox or at door either. Extremely poor service and unreliable contract personnel. There will be a day my folks will not be able to drive their and if their medication pkgs are needed to be delivered to door...guess what unreliable. Extreme disappointment in our US Postal System.
