    I just sent an email discussing non delivery of mail because our son's truck parks near our Neighbor's mail box and the carrier punishes us by refusing to deliver to our unobstructed mail box at our address 13790 SW Cowles CT, Tigard, OR 97223. Our phone number is 503-624-7822, James and Catherine Bunch. Again, we apologize for this situation and request the carrier to deliver to our unobstructed mail box. Our neighbor is receiving mail despite my son's truck is parking near their mail box; they have recently brought over misdirected mail to our address.
