No one answers the phone. It rings until you are disconnected. Had may mail forwarded to another location Jan, Feb 2023. Three months of bank statements, all from the same bank, were never forwarded. I left a note for our mailman asking if her knew where they were. He removed the note and never responded. I would like to file a report but don’t know where to file. I would like to file 0 stars, but this wasn’t an option on the rating scale.

No one answers the phone. We do not receive our mail at least once a week. And this happens with excellent weather—like today. Are outgoing mail just sits in the mailbox and we place this in the box sticking out the night before
