They did it again, despite all the calls to us and promises to rectify the situation with improvements to expedite the express service. The Priority Express Mail arrived at the Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 location on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024, at 1136 am and was clearly addressed to Yonkers Public Library, NY 10701. The Saratoga Springs post office provides the anticipated delivery date of Thursday, May 30th, 2024, by 600 pm., and that process seems all fine, consistent, and expected, and would have been a mission accomplished, everybody happy and acceptable postal service. However, the Priority Express Mail arrived at White Plains NY Distribution Center on Thursday, May 30th, 2024, at 841 am. and that seems consistent and acceptable postal service but when the Priority Express Mail now appears stuck at that location for a long minute until it leaves at a later time and arrived at another Post Office in Yonkers, NY 10701 on May 31,2024, 943 am., that was mission not accomplished, everybody unhappy and unacceptable postal service then OUT FOR DELIVERY AT 952AM. As of Friday, May 31, 2024, 326pm, Priority Express Mail was still out for delivery and several unhappy families ran out of timely weekly wages because of this repeated failure. We will revisit discussion with the financial institution to follow up on direct deposit. We turned to the post office after the financial institution failed to provide the direct deposit of four months of trying the direct deposit. The post office failed us with its Priority Express Mail services which was supposed to be the vehicle for timely delivery of wages.
