This post office is terrible. They constantly report "No Access to Delivery Location" when I have packages to be delivered, which is a blatant lie. There is a USPS approved "Key Keeper" on the exterior of my house that allows USPS delivery people to enter my vestibule where the two mailboxes are located. There is also nothing outside of my house that impedes entry to my building. No one ever answers the phone at the Manhattanville Annex. Service Requests submitted to the main USPS telephone number get an automated email response from Sharon Gregory saying "After we review and investigate the information you have provided, we will contact you and work with you until the issue is resolved." The only follow up I have ever received after that email is a call telling me it's my fault the package wasn't delivered and it has been returned to the sender as of that morning. I'd give this post office zero stars if I could.
