Worst customer service ever. We came this office to do new born passport application for my son with necessary documents and completed forms. However they are not accepted without checking any docs.Just asking "do you have the appointment". I said No.I'm coming walk-in with completed forms and all documents. They just said with hard voice No.You are late. Now almost 10AM. That time I reach there at 9:30AM on Thursday and website shown this office open for the passport walk-in application 9-10Am Mon-Thu. What they said that No. Next time come before 9AM. WTF? So why you stated on the website open for Walk-in 9-10AM? That time was not busy. Only us and another one guy only. I have no idea why they don't want to work properly during the time frame we are in. So rude customer services at this office staff and one of her senior.
