For several years I have been dealing with a mailman named Marcos who has ethnic issues. Several times he has damaged my CD, DVD cases, and LPs upon delivery and tampered with incoming items by not delivering then on time. I complained to his supervisor, but she would just give him a slap on the wrist. Last week I mailed her a certified complaint and she didn't even sign the return receipt ticket. He needs to be made aware that slavery was abolished in 1865, almost 160 years ago! I've been fighting a losing battle so far and need your help very badly.
