Our mail delivery has been inconsistent at best. Today we got a card that should have been delivered on the 13th as it was mailed at the same time from the same location as once I received on the 13th. I just do not understand how this can be going so bad We notified this morning in an app what mail was due today, and that notice included my monthly credit card bill, which usually comes on the 19th. It did not arrive. Hopefully it will come Monday so my payment will not be late! I understand staffing is low and that account for some of the issues, but going multiple days without mail is making things difficult. I suggested before, and do so again, that you need to notify every route that mail will be delivered 3 days a week - either M-W-F or T-T-S. The rule that does not permit this needs to be changed and changed NOW. I have sympathy and understand your issues - and hope you can the same for customers.
