Once upon a time, this post office was great. It looked to be well organized, and mail was not 'lost' or 'returned to sender'. Lately, there have been many frustrating and annoying inconveniences and problems. UPS now delivers to the post office instead of my residence. I am wondering if additional staff would be hired to streamline services. Who could I contact regarding these issues? I will be getting in touch with UPS to inquire why they are now leaving packages at the post office. With regards, Susan
