Dear post mistress, you lost your BEST employees! Kathy & Cheryl. Customer service is terrible!! I had 2 important family tapes lost there in Nov! There is a Fed ex investigation as I have PROOF someone there starting with letter A that signed for them!! Train your employees to do their job! I will come in person insist on speaking with you in person & show you all my emails from Imemorie! At least they answer the damn phone in Hallowell! Sincerely, LL

Can someone please tell me why my rural carrier does bring his customers boxes to their door anymore? I am an elderly, disabled, widow and bringing boxes to my door, heavy or not, is very difficult for me, even if I'm only 25-50 yards from my mailbox. There is an even older couple that is 200 yards from their mailbox that has boxes delivered and I've found their boxes on the ground, rain or not. Why, when my boxes have ALWAYS been delivered to my porch until this carrier started? I believe he's just lazy!
