Hi .. This is specifically for Michele so I'm writing to her. Last October I brought a package that had originated in Alaska August 16, 2024 and heading to Brasil containing a child's book and a stuffed moose. You were an awesome help and we re-sent it with some changes to the declaration slip. Well, the package traveled back and forth from the US and Brasil numerous times and then, nothing. Recently, I received a box that had the opened package in it from a company in Seattle. It had been sent to their RETURNS. They kindly sent it to me. June 16, 2025 I resent it via some help from an Alaska post office and it appears to be on its way AGAIN to Brasil. My my postal worker said, "This is a well-traveled moose." Part of the problem is that it was enroute so long and 'lost' because the tracking number got reused? Anyway, thank you for all your help. Hopefully, this time, it will get to its destination. When I'm in Parker again, I'll let you know if the infant baby, now 1 year old received her little moose. ;)

Hoping you can help please!  On December 23rd @ 11:43 AM a package that I sent to a family member was delivered to 11759 Pine Hill Street, Parker CO, which may be a dropbox, however, the package was not there.  The mail carrier confirmed that it delivered and the package was marked delivered on the tracking but noone knows what happened to it.  My sister lives on Pine Hill street about a block away from this location.  I am sick to my stomach thinking that it could have been stolen in this safe, secure, close community.  Is there anything you can do to help find it?
