The mail carrier has difficulty reading the label on the package and putting it in the box number that matches. He refuses to leave mail until we fill out form with name. It is not a requirement to tell the delivery boy everyone's names that get packages at this address. The mail carrier does not leave a notice slip and I have tried to go into post office in person multiple times and there is no mail waiting to be picked up. I am filing a lawsuit against this carrier and the city of Westminster as soon as I move.
