I felt compelled to post some feedback after seeing a 1 star review. I don't know what that reviewers experience was, but I have nothing but good things to say about this location. I started using this location in mid 2023 and the staff has been helpful, efficient and friendly. Even through the holiday rush, wait times were never excessive.

Every time I go into this post office there has never been a time that I haven't been there shorter than twenty minutes as there is always one person working at the counter. Her name is Arnetta. I can understand why she feels rushed as she is trying to get through the line but her demeanor and how she treats some of the customers is very rude, impatient, domineering, accusatory and does not have the patience to take the time to listen to the person in front of her because she calls others in the line to come up while she is helping you so she can get through the line. I went in with letters meant for the secretary of state. They were very adamant of no errors on the paperwork. I asked Arnetta what mail preference I should send and she said priority and then walked off to help someone. I had to wait for her to help the person behind me to ask tell her that I needed to put the tracking number on the paperwork so she slapping a tracking label and walked off to help another person. Then she came back and I said where should I put the label and she said it goes on the outside and I asked where should I put the other label and she changed her mind because she was confused as she was constantly leaving me and gave me the wrong number so I put the wrong number on the paperwork so I had to cross out and put another number and then she walked away to help another. Then she came back and changed her mind again and I asked her to stay with me as her distraction was causing there to be a miscommunication and she said "yeah, it's always my fault". So because she could not take the time to truly listen to what I needed and to stay there and help me she caused me to mess up the paperwork where I had to leave fill the application out again. I ended up going to the post office at 80220 and they man was very kind, was able to tell me right away what preference I needed to send the letter and I was out in ten minutes. Arnetta should not be in a customer service position. Someone needs to listen to her without her knowing and you will understand. You also need to get another employee so people are not standing there forever and have to get to her and get lack luster help.
