I’ve submitted Mail-Hold requests for 2 periods in late Sept and late-Oct because we were/are on vacation. Neither request is being honored. I put a hand-written note on the most recent one asking please please make sure this request is put thru the system to hold our mail. The carrier (not our usual carrier,Reno) is still delivering our mail. Can you PLEASE honor our yellow-card request for 902 Grant Pl, Boulder 80302 from 10/16-10/28/24?!
