I tried calling the number 928- 305- 0187 twice, to ask a question about putting up 4 mailboxes on our property that has four soon to be rental units. The recording tells me to remain on the line to talk to an operator. It keeps ringing and then going to a dial signal at about the 4 minute mark.

I spoke with Julian at Chapman Chevrolet Buick GMC parts in Yuma, AZ. and was informed that the part that I had purchased on Ebay was dropped off at the loading dock with a tracking number but wasn't scanned in by your personnel working the loading dock and therefore there is no way to track my package. I spoke with my local postmaster to see if she could get me an answer and she saw the same thing that I did. I was told by Julian the online parts man that this was a continuous issue that was falling on deaf ears. If there is no response to my query and a request for my tracking number so you can check into it, then I can assume that you're already aware of this problem and I will take it another rung up the ladder until I do get a response. A.K.A, your leadership.

It would be great if the postal service would actually deliver my certified mail let alone answer their phones. Thank goodness i have informed delivery to let me know my mail is just sitting around at their facility NOT BEING DELIVERED

I have a lot# 11419 S. Maria Rosa Yuma AZ 85367 at Yuma Venture. I think there is some important mail there and I need to send it to 29968 Chihuahua Valley Rd, Warner Springs Ca. 92086.
