We moved back in SEPTEMBER and we paid for our new mail box to get rekeyed. It is now December 12th and i still have not been given a new key for my mailbox. I have gone multiple times to the post office and i was told there are a lot of work orders that are incomplete. I was not given my mail that has been being held, i was not offered any estimate on when i MIGHT have access to my mail key. I even tried calling the customer service line and got transferred back to the specific mail office and proceeded to get hung up on or ignored with no option to leave any kind of message.. NOTHING! This is by far the most frustrating process we have had to deal with and still to no avail. I NEED ACCESS TO MY MAIL!! IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS!

We moved in here to our new apt on May 10, We got notice that the mail cant be forwarded unless we signed a paper.. we did that. We still are not getting our mail , 19 days later.. Please fix this. We cannot access our old mail box. The new one is 2000 E Roger Rd Apt B7, Tucson AZ 85719, The OLD address was 1920 N 1st Ave, Apt 489A, Tucson AZ 85719. Please look into this for us. My husbands name with the same issue is James Lacey.
