My feedback for the Show Low, AZ. USPS is very poor service. Not inside this post office but the mail delivery service. The delivery person can't close the mailbox off the 260 Hwy even if there is no wind blowing. I know we get strong winds at times, and I can understand that it might blow the door open. I have even put a sticker on the door to remind the delivery person to close it when done. The 1/4-mile rule for delivery sucks even when our dirt road is maintained. I live just at the 1/4 mile limit for delivery but then you get one delivery person who says it's for round trip and another delivery person says it's for one way. I've lived at this address for 20 years and they use to deliver and then all of a sudden, they quit. In my opinion the Hashknife Phony Express did a better job than the USPS. Said the package was going out for delivery but then said it was waiting for the delivery scan. This was a month ago. Nothing since. Now my customer is saying it was never delivered and is demanding another copy or a refund. When I try to call the number of the post office, it rings for a while and then goes to a busy signal. No one ever picks up.

Our mailbox is on highway 60, a row of boxes mounter on a wooden plank. On Feb.25 a package for me was left on the plank between my box and another one. We don't check the box everday as it is not that close to our home. Fortunately it snowed and covered the package so no one took it. Also lucky that the item was not damaged by being cover in snow for days. It this a new policy and do I need to have everything delivered UPS or Fedex since they deliver to the house? Our address is 76 ACR 3314.

i ordered a slim pen for my surface pro x tablet . it was not delivered as reason gven , there is no safe place to put it , my mail box is empty , how big is a slim pen ? will it not fit on the mail box ? just asking
