On 8/23/24 I received a notice regarding a package I had dropped off at the West Sedona PO. This notice advised me that Tracking Number 9400108105464430339257 was purchased but no package was ever received. This package was dropped off at the post office on 8/9/24 at the front desk with a worker present. The person at the counter took two packages and placed them in the bin. I asked how would I know if I had sufficient postage on these packages since they were Ebay labels. I was told they would be weighed at the main office and returned if there was not sufficient postage. I was noticed by the buyer the package never arrived. At a later date I went to the West Sedona PO and asked about the package. The person at the desk took my number and said they would check into it. I have never heard anything. I went a couple of weeks later to inquire and again was told they would check. It has been two months. Where is the expensive Apple Keyboard and why has it not been returned to me. The buyer never received it. I am at a loss to explain this poor service. How can I be told the package was never dropped off at the post office when I handed it to the clerk. I am hesitant to make any more sales or use this post office due to the poor service. I had to refund $125 to the buyer and my product has not been returned.
