Chinle Az. Post office has a very rude manager guy. He doesn't listen to reason and does not understand Customer Service. The Post office will and does not answer the phone 928.674.5609, I live 45 mile one way from the post office. I have to drive there just ask a question because they do not answer the company business phone. The number 5609 is the only one listed. We need better results and better management. We need a real Leader of the post office that has an open ear and a responding kind voice. WE NEED THAT POST OFFICE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!
