I love the Post Office. It is one public/government owned entity I do not want to see get privatized. To all of the dedicated employees at the Post office, please continue to be great public servants that you are. I have had two problems with delayed service from the mailbox location number 85123200019. I sent my Mother's Day card from this location on Monday 6 May 2024. My mother has still not received the card as of 13 May 2024. Is it possible that the letters get caught in the narrow slot on these new style boxes? When I put my letter into that slot, I heard more letters fall from the top to the bottom. Do the carriers make it a habit of feeling or looking if there are letters stuck in the top, at the very restrictive slot? Again, thank you all for your great public service you do. It is appreciated and under adulated. I had another letter delayed. It was an insurance payment and the check barely made the 3 week leeway I left.
