Multiple neighbors have complained about Camp Verde post office. Mail is often mis-delivered to other neighbors, hold requests are often messed up, and reaching a customer service person is often not possible. When the local phone number is called for help, during regular business hours, (called multiple times each day for multiple days in a row) it just rings and rings and a recording comes on saying "Please enter your remote access code" & there is no way to leave a message asking for a return call. Twice our mail hold was messed up and when we went to pick up mail the clerk insisted we had no mail (we knew we had a huge amount because we have the online service that shows photos of daily mail pieces coming in for us and we knew we had 2 checks in there) The clerk begrudgingly went in the back to look & a very long time later (it is a very small building, where was our mail hiding?) she came out with our bundle of mail. An occasional mistake is one thing, but many people are reporting poor service and even missing mail. I am not picking on any one person, but someone needs to look into these problems. We have no other choice but to use this post office.

Hello, We recently moved and the mailbox we were assigned had no key se we went to the post office and had to pay to have a key made and was told we should have access in a week or two. It has been almost a month and still nothing. Now sure what to do at this point.
