Your mail people need to learn how to read addresses correctly. I'm tired of retrieving my packages from my neighbors porches.

I will file a complaint with the post master general after this but I'm afraid it won't make a difference. I believe our postal carriers come from the post office at 4949 Main Street Springfield, OR 97478. Our apartment complex has two addresses and one property address box. The resident mail has reach the level of illegal proportions. Letters and packages are daily delivered to the wrong box no matter what name is on the box or the item. Some have had missing medication, credit cards, checks etc... The residents are pretty tired of redelivering mail that does get to the property and put in the wrong box. The manager of fourteen years had an important document returned to sender as undeliverable!! Maybe it's time for some real training and quality check along with random drug testing. I have no problem with your station.
