We have experienced receiving no mail for extended times and asked for a trouble ticket. We spoke to the mail carrier and he said we are always blocking the mail box. We think what is really happening is that our sons truck, white, with Morrison Construction emblem on front doors, is blocking our NEIGHBORS mail box, and the carrier is punishing us for that by not delivering to our non obstructed mail box, the next mail box along the culdesac. We are evicting our son from our house and he cannot be approached without flying into a rage. I called non-emergency Tigard police dispatch, they instructed us to call again when the truck is parked near our neighbor's mail box. We apologize for this mysterious situation. We know that the blocked mail box is still receiving mail because our neighbors recently have brought over some of our mail that was delivered incorrectly to them. Best solution is to instruct the mail carrier to deliver mail to our non obstructed box despite our neighbors being obstructed.
