The clerk told me to fill out a general delivery request in the PO, which I had asked for......I asked her several times for a change of address form. I was challenged as to the legal ability to have a business such as a hotel honor a change of address.....I had asked for the form, a second time. She did not get the form. The form.......... on a rack in the lobby would give me the correct way to have my mail go to the general delivery at the PO. It will also be helpful to not have to answer a number of questions aand to be told that it was not correct that a hotel would not honor a change of address when a homeless shelter would not honor a change of address or that I can have a general delivery set up while the clerk said that I could not do that. That I am Not to Have several addresses where I receive mail makes sense. It makes sense to hand a change of address form or to use the words that I do not have to give you a general delivery account n or do I have to give you a change of address form. I try to offer positive feedback. I feel that if a person being disruptive That It Is Not My Concern. I assume that if I were going on a trip and wanted to use general delivery that I would overlook the warning about using verbal and other communication. I could not overlook the fact that when I asked for a change of address card Two times that the clerk refused to hand me one. I may describe her as disruptive, too. So if I am partly to bear the burden that there are problems occurring with general delivery, then it is a doubly offensive that the Postal clerk is added to the disruption in my mail. That is how life................ can be in the following: When you have a need that there is an assumption made, that although you are going to be fine there is a price to having basic services. I am to be responsible and considerate, and the consideration might not be returned on that day. I also cannot go to the PO and ask for a change of address card, because that would be irresponsible. I think that it was a great experience. I have a choice to walk thru unpleasant time of my life........ I f I am not happy, then I have only to work hard. The other choice would be to go to the ER and say that I am genetically flawed and have a free ride and a lesser need to change my address. The point ias that I do not share my story with the clerk but I stare at a paper saying that I may not have services if I do. I have been to this PO on another occasion and had a great experience.
