Would like to know why we are NOT getting mail service in a consistent manner. Yesterday I had "outgoing mail" and was expecting mail to be delivered. My outgoing mail was still in my mailbox this morning. This also comes after one day last week that I had outgoing mail which was NOT picked up. I did receive some incoming mail which was placed on top of my outgoing mail. Service has been terrible since I moved into this property and isn't getting any better.

Called the Eugene Southside post office 70-80 times today on three different phones all throughout the day. If the automated attendant does answer it is only to ask you to wait for the "next available agent" and then (after 5-10 seconds) state that they are transferring you to the operator which is always 15 or 20 phantom rings and then a fast busy. Worthless service. Totally worthless for the self-employed who can not get to the post office during working hours...any day of the week. This delay will cost our company thousands of dollars in lost revenue and wasted advertising.
