Can never get through by phone. You hear recording, phone starts ringing, rings about 12 times then goes to fast busy. I have tried over and over to get through. Twice now I have received message that says, " delivery attempted ( 10/18 and 10/20) but front door or driveway was not accessible. I spoke with someone at 1-800-askusps and told her my driveway was about 20' x 40' with just a tiny Kia Soul in drive. She said the delivery person may just have run out of time. I want to request that package not be given to delivery person and I will go down and pick up, but I can't get through by phone!
