I worked all week with postal inspector Shondra and the Brookings Postmaster to no avail. I’ve wasted over $80 trying to secure packages from the last order. If the items are not available for pick up without issue on Wednesday, December 6, I will consider it a failed delivery on USPS’s part and will not order from Amazon again. Postmaster general in Washington DC will be alerted to problems at this post office as detailed below.

They never answer their phone, have one person working the window, lines have become horrendously long. We can't talk to anyone and with the turnovers of Post Master; they are invisible. I won't even get into 17 years of delivery problems. Now they don't have a landscaper so the outside is as bad as the inside. By far the worst Post Office I have ever dealt with. So pathetic and embarrassing.

THE BROOKINGS, OREGON USPS OFFICE LITERALLY NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. I HAVE A PROBLEM AND NEED TO TALK TO THEM. I HAVE CALLED THEIR NUMBER, 541) 412-7048. APPROX 50 TIME NOW WITH NO ANSWER. IT RINGS 30+ TIMES THEN THE CALL IS DROPPED.
