I ordered a fishing pack from a local fly shop on June 20th. The shop said it was ready for pickup that evening. the Bend USPS said they picked it up on the 21 st.. The Bend USPS txt me with a June 26th arrival date. On the 25th I got a txt from Bend USPS saying that it was shipped and I would have it on July 1 !!!!!!!!! Now I know the twilight zone is real and in Bend Oregon.

Called the Bend post office on 4th street. Get a bunch of options, one of which is to talk to a representative. When I ask for a representative, the call is disconnected. The reason for my call is this: I renewed my passport and the passport office says it was renewed and mailed on February 12. It should have been forwarded from Bend to Oracle AZ where I am staying through May. Why haven't I received it? It is now March 5.

Apparently the post office admin gave this earlier feedback to the regular mailman who was out/ off work for the period I complained about. The man who came today has been delivering for a longtime, the guy I ran into while he was out of work is the one I had a complaint about. I don't usually even see the postal worker so wasn't surprised to see a different guy (the one who stuffed our packeges into the mailbox) than the one we had out here in previous years. That "regular" guy has been great so let's not mix up who this was for, or give it to someone who has no idea what I'm talking about. During part of July and August I think it was you had a substitute delivering and he's the one that stuffed the packages in that were too large for the mailbox. Please send my apologies to the postal worker who took the heat for my previous feedback. If the other guy is still around please make sure it goes to him. Dan

Getting sick of the mail man stuffing packages that are obviously too large into the mailbox. then they have to be practically destroyed to get them out. The packages have to be disfigured to get them in. Also getting tired of the delivery man enteering a package delivery as "left at front door" when it's obviously NOT at our front door and usually left in the mailbox which is out at the road. We have elderly folks here that cannot get the "stuffed" packages from the mailbox. If this "feedback" does no good I'll be paying a visit to the Bend Post Office to file a complaint on the Mailman who delivers to 62480 Eagle Road. He's expressed a bad attitude before due to having to deliver here. As a business owner myself with several employees I find this kind of attitude unacceptable. He can do his job and quit his bellyaching about having a rural delivery route, or maybe he can go work somewhere else! Dan
