Our mailman doesn't seem to like getting out of his truck every day. Sometimes he saves up mail a couple days and brings it all at once. When you subscribe to a newspaper you KNOW what day it's supposed to arrive. Other times he doesn't take our outgoing mail even when the flag is up. Not very polite when we do thank or greet him. Of course that's not his job; manners are optional. But we see and hear the truck. We know he's serving the neighborhood. At least the boxes that are reachable from the vehicle. Oh well, perhaps tonight we'll have a substitute. Can always count on them to deliver. And like Robert mentioned last year, don't bother phoning. I let it ring 12 minutes straight before giving up and writing this likely useless complaint.

Nobody answers the phone. We called four times on Jan. 25th between 08:45 and 11:30. The phone rang on and on and no one bothered to pick up. We want to report a defective parcel locker at 23rd St. and Irving Ave. There's a package locked inside that contains medication. Very poor customer service.
