When I call 1 (518) 587-1798 iget the message to wait for the next agent. After it rings 10 times a male voice comes on and says "Please enter your remote access code". I don't know what that is or where it would come from. I'm trying to contact my local PO at 245 Washington St. 12866 but after a dozen attempts I decided to try the main office. 1 (518) 584-1545 will ring forever and no one answers. Then it just hangs up on me. Not great service.
