I opened a PO Box In November of 2022 at the Orchard Park .NY Post Office.. I have not been receiving mail.. The staff appears to be incompetent and misleading.. stating workers are on vacation etc. I asked to speak to the Supervisior who took my telephone number but never contacted me I am filing a complaint as i have not received mail mail has been sent back to senders and bills late! They also never have the copier with paper for the public... ..They should be investigated! I spoke to all front clerks regarding delayed mail etc.. nothing is resolved... they claim all is good in the system but obviously they are incompetent.
