P.O. Clerk #94 I visit this branch frequently and I've witnessed stressed customers in yelling matches with the women behind the glass walls. This Saturday, I was the ONLY person in the room at about 10 am. I am a Legally Blind Senior with a visible White Cane! After several minutes a Light and buzzer went off. The booth was directly in front of the staircase leading to the shop floor and I was very visible to this clerk. I was happily sending a special gift to a dear friend and was in a good mood. As always, I explained to the clerk that I was visually impaired and might need help to complete my transaction. The clerk #94, then began a series of insults. As I was trying to use my credit card, I needed a bit of assistance and she continued to harass me by claiming that I was refusing to pay my bill. I had my credit card visible asking for help. She claimed that I was a fool and was faking my blindness. THEN, she called me a RACIST! I was shocked and Hurt, since I fought endlessly for her right to live in a World that I gave her and the freedom to denigrate me. I asked her to repeat her words and she AGAIN called me a RACIST! WHY? I then repeated her words back to her and warned the 2 others on line that they might expect to be insulted by the deviant Postal clerk #94. I have filed complaints against Clerk #94 in all the Avenues available, so far.
