We are on rural delivery from the Cohoes P.O. and Robin, our regular carrier is awesome and thoroughly accurate and reliable. When she gets a day off, we get NO service. The subs just drive right on by, EVEN if a flag is up---they don't stop to pick up OR deliver. I don't know how they can collect a pay check with a clear conscience. This also makes for a long day for Robin when she comes back on as she has to deliver all the backed up mail as well as the days mail. Maybe someone could take the reins on this and have a talk with the subs about how to do their job???? If I were rating Robin, I'd have chosen 5 stars--for the subs, ZERO!
