Normally, I'm happy with Rio Rancho mail service and most of the employees at the Pinetree office are pleasant. According to the schedule posted on the outside drop box, the late Friday pickup is 6:00 pm. I made a point of getting there before that time and as I pulled up, I saw a woman with very short dark hair rolling away a cart full of mail from the box at 5:30 pm, a half hour early. I asked if I could give her another piece of mail, but she just kept going and told me to take it inside. I would like to complain that a schedule should be adhered to because people depend on it. Also, she could have waited a few seconds.for me to hand her a special birthday card that I didn't want to go out any later.
