I’ve been dealing with the Capitan PO now for 3 yrs. We have a PO Box because there’s no delivery, I place orders not sure what carrier they’ll use. They know us by now and if UPS takes packages to PO and it has a physical address they return to sender. My husband went in on Wednesday explain package may come and please do not send back. Well they sent back today. I am a retired Postmaster and have never seen the ineptitude and rudeness of employees. I’ll be contacting their POOM. Unacceptable!! Did not give me the option to put zero stars because that’s what they deserve.
