I have talked to someone a week ago about a certified, return reciept and signature required about a package that says it is at the Post Office 28216. It has benn there since March 18th. She said she was opening an investigation and would cal me back. I have not heard from her. The package contains my daughters regristration in Indiana. This is very upsetting. I have been calling 704-399-3401 every day and no answer. Tracking number is 7020 0090 0002 2463 8757 Adressed to Rachel Bilbrey 7020 Peck Way Charlotte, NC 28216
