I have talked to someone a week ago about a certified, return reciept and signature required about a package that says it is at the Post Office 28216. It has benn there since March 18th. She said she was opening an investigation and would cal me back. I have not heard from her. The package contains my daughters regristration in Indiana. This is very upsetting.
