This year 2026, I have been to this postal branch several times. The manager, Venita, leadership skills are exactly what this branch needed. Her exemplar leadership skills are reflected in the staff's efficiency and great customer service. I like to mention one particular postal worker at this branch. Lulu, was so skillful with helping customers in such a caring way, while expediting processing the customer needs. She helped me. She step by step met my needs in such an efficient and speedy way. I then observed how she repeated that same level of efficient and speedy customer service for every customer the day I was there.

Service is steadily declining at the 11 Mile Post Office. There are envelopes I count on weekly to come through. They are suppose to be available for me by Wednesday of each week, but I am receiving them up to two weeks late. This is unacceptable! I just picked up (2) envelopes from my P.O. Box. One was postmarked 01/13 and the other was dated 01/20. Today is 01/28. This is information I count on for vendors I make payments to, but because the information is received late, I can not pay them on time. Please note that I receive an automated email when the packages have been placed in the mail, but it takes so long for me to receive them. Since last week, I have been going to the post office daily checking for these envelopes. I can see a mail bin full of mail sitting to be sorted into the P.O. Boxes, so finally, after at least 4 days, someone if sorting the mail and I have my important parcels I've awaited for from 01/13 and 1/20, and the noted dates are the days I should be receiving them. There no manager to speak with, the line is long and there is only One lady waiting on customers.
