Service is steadily declining at the 11 Mile Post Office. There are envelopes I count on weekly to come through. They are suppose to be available for me by Wednesday of each week, but I am receiving them up to two weeks late. This is unacceptable! I just picked up (2) envelopes from my P.O. Box. One was postmarked 01/13 and the other was dated 01/20. Today is 01/28. This is information I count on for vendors I make payments to, but because the information is received late, I can not pay them on time. Please note that I receive an automated email when the packages have been placed in the mail, but it takes so long for me to receive them. Since last week, I have been going to the post office daily checking for these envelopes. I can see a mail bin full of mail sitting to be sorted into the P.O. Boxes, so finally, after at least 4 days, someone if sorting the mail and I have my important parcels I've awaited for from 01/13 and 1/20, and the noted dates are the days I should be receiving them. There no manager to speak with, the line is long and there is only One lady waiting on customers.
