Good day, My question is,,, Will there be a functioning and daily post master at this location soon? It's been long enough without one. Perhaps post master is the wrong label. I understand the post master is actually in Milford, approx 20 miles away. This post master being in charge is causing serious grief and needs addressing immediately.. He's sending packages back if there is no p o box number on the mail. why? Some of the packages are dropped off at the post office from UPS! And with only a few p o boxes at that location what's the problem? Are the employees to lazy to put a note with street address next to the box? or is it because no one is there for any length of time and certainly not the same person and never has had any training, they admit it right on location.. I am off the opinion it's poor leadership, either unqualified or just plain lazy. As a veteran and former business owner I find this totally unacceptable, my tax dollars and paid postal fees make me the customer, not you! Who approves of sending back critical paperwork, critical health prescriptions, critical pkgs? Kind of risky isn't it? All to often government employees like politicians seem to lose track of their oath and or mission. I pay for the p o box, I also pay the fees for shipping and mailing. How about i put up a mail box at my driveway and you can deliver it? I'd say a customer that pays you for simply sorting out mail in your building and placing it in a p o box is much cheaper than delivering? Wouldn't you? If anyone actually reads this and would like to conversate I would like that. If i get no timely response I will be contacting further up the food chain. thank you for your time, jim, 207-290-4477
