they do noy answer phone. Mail has not been delivered in over a week. If you are not delivering, can I please pick up my mail. there is medicine in the mail which is needed. My mailbox has been shoveled so you can deliver mail. what seems to be problem.

We had our mail held for a week and the day we returned we found all our mail shoved into our little neighborhood box.It was all bent.Totally unprofessional. And no one is answering the phone to take my complaint. Not the first time this has happened either.

Today the building was to open at 0830.Waited outside for 25 minutes and still no one opened the building. At 0855 an employee arrived who said she wasn't due to work until 0900.What kind of business is being run here? The busiest time of the postal service year and no employees to open up on time.If this was another business people would be fired.Total incompetence

I live on Biddle Place and there are fourteen steps up to my mailbox. The mailman won't deliver my mail unless he deems something in it important, so most days I don't get mail delivery. Although I've called to complain, nobody at the post office answers the phone. My neighbors that live on a hill on Biddle and McCurley have the same problem. Is there anything we can do???????????

Went to Catonsville Post Office to forward deceased person's mail to our address since my husband is the Personal Representative/Executor of the Estate. Had death certificate and Letters of Administration in hand as advised on websites, but was turned away saying we had to get "bar codes" off the net? I have tried to find a website that would do that, but all verbage instructs us to do what we did ... GO TO THE POST OFFICE! Where is this phantom website?
