Went to Catonsville Post Office to forward deceased person's mail to our address since my husband is the Personal Representative/Executor of the Estate. Had death certificate and Letters of Administration in hand as advised on websites, but was turned away saying we had to get "bar codes" off the net? I have tried to find a website that would do that, but all verbage instructs us to do what we did ... GO TO THE POST OFFICE! Where is this phantom website?
