You have lost my mail. I need to understand please. Do your local postal carriers not care enough to place my mail in our mailbox ? Is your postal carrier literate? Illiterate? Can he or she read printed numbers and letters forming English words? Is mis-delivery of my mail to another address his or her goal? Is he or she purposely repeatedly doing that? I wish to understand and have lost patience with your repeated dysfunction evidenced by repeat deliveries of our paid merchandise to other addresses. My package was misdelivered in Indiana, I submitted a track request which was accidentally sent to Longmont colorado. JULIE in their office went above and beyond to find and contact me and helped me locate where the most likely place for my package was She had high standards and completed a job that was bungled in Indiana THANS JULIE IN LONGMONT POST OFFICE

For two days now, I have had an envelope attached to our mail box from 9:30AM till 8:30 yesterday and from 9AM until now it's 7PM and it's still there. What is going on with our mail delivery?

I submitted and received confirmation for a temporary new address change. I have started receiving some mail at the new address but I notice thru a camera that mail is being delivered to the old address. My daughter drove for over an hour each way and confirmed mail in my box including important mail from Social Security. I have called the longmont post office at least 5 times and no one answers the phone. We seem to have at least 3 different mail carriers. Please get them to follow the tempory change of addresd. Please help. Thanks, Gary.

i guess the delivery people don't think about people having cameras on their front porch. i have footage of a person training a new person and telling them to walk thru the yard\grass. my neighbor had to put up signs to get them not to cut thru the yard killing his grass and making a path.

This mail route in Longmont, on the North end of Lashley in the stoney ridge area has always been a problem. Some days there isn't a mailman in the area or they drive off and don't finish the route. Even on very nice days with no Xmas rush they just can't seem to make a delivery,, or it shows up at 8 to 10 at night. Perfect place for a porch pirate to make their package theft. I would recommend maybe a Post office mail box and not home delivery.
