I have submitted repeated service requests over the last two (2) of not receiving my mail on time, the non-delievery of packages, and the lack of attention of the Granby USPS staff at this location of not listening, nor offering fair and equitable resolve to this community issue. I've contacted USPS customer service by email, spoken on the phone to USPS Denver representatives of this ongoing issue. I've spoken on the phone to the USPS Consumer Affairs Office as well, with no success. The latest two Service Requests have been submitted on 10/3/2025 for a fair and equitable resolve to this ongoing issue. Something has to be done with the lack of training and customer service and its staff at the Granby USPS. An audit and an internal investigation are needed at the Granby, CO 80446 USPS location. I hope this latest (repeated) feedback we have provided will fall on listening USPS management. This is an ongoing community issue.

I check my mail every day! On May 9th the Granby personnel closed Box 772 that has been in the family since 1960's! The lady at the counter stated she couldn't do anything because my box had been given away! I stated I never got a notice and she totally dismissed me. I have cancer and will be operated on 5/30! When I asked about my mail she said it will be sent back!
