After Becky retired we had problems with mail being delivered to the wrong address. Our new carrier, Valerie, is conscientious and helpful, but often has to redeliver mail to the correct address. It seems there are errors when the mail is sorted before delivery. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES IN THE LAST WEEK! I have to wonder whether sensitive documents ( banking, health and the like) end up is someone else’s mailbox. This is an unacceptable lapse of security.

Requested package to be on hold for pickup 10-Dec. Package was delivered to an unknown address. Spoke with manager and they stated “That’s good news.” With regards to my package not being received but delivered. Extremely unprofessional.
