I have a key for a package box; however, it does not open any of the boxes and the alphabet designation is not recognizable. How are we to get the package?

A MALE supervisor (with an accent of some kind) just called me and when i started asking questions he cut me off and said to stop talking - I continued to ask my question as he was not saying the correct things to me about my mailed piece...I asked for him to hear me out about what has happened and this person was blatantly rude and extremely disgusting and told me to shut the F-up, stop talking, stop asking questions, he's in charge. and then hung up on. I called back and he answered and he was again rude telling me that he asked the questions and I needed to shut up if I wanted any help. I want to speak a supervisor higher than this rude unprofessional person. I will continue to take this COMPLAINT to the highest person in the USPS until I am heard and something is done about this rude so called supervisor at the castle rock post office. He refused to give me his name.
