Why have a phone if you don't answer? Supervisor: Have your motorized mail carriers OBSERVE THE POSTED SPEED LIMITS. We live in an aged community. Speed limit is 25mph in Solera. OBSERVE it please.

This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with. Slow service and Always long lines no matter what time of day. They never answer the phones. Go somewhere else.

I used the kiosk at the Queen Creek PO very early this morning as I have done numerous times before with no issues. It would not print my postage but charged my credit card. Manager Mike assisted me even though I would have to come during regular hours for a refund on the second charge. He was more than helpful going above and beyond what service he could give. Viketa gave outstanding customer service in giving me my refund. All in all, these overworked employees give excellent, friendly service. I wish SanTan would get their own post office so these workers could concentrate on the growing needs of Queen Creek.

Does no one answer the phone there? How do I get information when the phone tree just takes you around in circles and then says goodbye. What happened to customer service?

My wife and I have lived here in San Tan Valley for almost twelve years now and our carrier on Parisi place couldn't be any better. Our outgoing mail is always picked up without fail and the post office employees are Alway's kind, courteous and helpful. I don't know about other people's service but ours is always good.

This post office used to have helpful employees, not anymore. We have lived at the same location in QC for 12 years, PO carriers don't care about your mail or doing their jobs. Multiple time in the last month our carrier has marked packages as not having a correct address, which causes them to be returned to the sender. There are only 5 houses on our street, how tough can this be? Today I went to the PO to attempt to correct or get an explanation of what is happening. The person at the counter didn't want any information about the most recent package, only my name and address. They actually refused my request to look up the tracking number and see if the package was still on site. Instead they went to talk to the carrier, who failed to provide any information. If I have any other option, I'll pay more to use a reliable delivery service, all the other package services will answer the phone and at least provide an explanation as to what happens to your packages and deliveries. No wonder the PO is broke and running a deficit.
