Tracking Number: 9510814843925029969587. I was to receive a very important document addressed to: David Thomas, C/o Nancy Jo Neff, 1543 S. Phipps Dr., Pinetop, Arizona, 85935. An alert was sent to Nancy informing her that the item had arrived at 10:49 am on February 1, 2025, and was signed for by a John Doe, signing as J. McCray, and unknown to the lawful recipients. Someone has misappropriated my property. I immediately tried calling the Pinetop Post Office and was informed it was closed, yet on the official website it says that you're open Saturday for retail from 11:30am - 2:30pm. I then tried the 800 customer care number. No one cared. That learning disadvantaged AI answering system is the antithesis of customer care. I have alerted you to this potential crime and your responsibility for MY property in a timely manner. You have been given NOTICE. I guess until Monday, have a nice weekend. David W. Thomas
