I live in Dolan Springs and I need to get mail started. There was no mail, I had no idea what I needed to so, I been trying to call this po this December: no one has ever answered a phone. Finally, I just went a bought a mail box and put it (that's what everyone up here's told me to do), I had my sister send me something as a test before I change the address officially, it was returned to no-receptipcal. There is one. So can anyone tell me how to get mail?

What a nightmare. Waited in line for 2 hours and 26 minutes to pick up a package that was mailed to my box. That’s it. These people say, “Thank you for waiting in my line today!” What should I say? Like I have a choice. You’re a federal employee who can work as slow as you possibly can and be as sarcastic and rude to people as you want elderly lady about 75 with stringy grey shoulder-length hair anout 5’4” medium build, and there is nothing they can do about it. You’re miserable and you want to make everyone you come in contact with miserable too. You need to be fired.

I went to pick up my mail today Sat.08/26/23 and all the doors were open, no mail person in site, I saw everybody's mail that were in the boxes including mine, below was a large package that anybody could take., I took my mail and slammed the doors shut , they look like they latched, the out going mail box would not latch so I left it wide open so people could see not to insert their mail I tried to call the post office but it was closed on sat. after 1 pm, the robot menu is terrible I quit trying to leave a message

Always a long line. Phone calls are NEVER answered and instead the phone rings until automatically disconnected. Management of this office needs to be fired.
