I called to find out why I was not receiving.my mail. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and explained why my mail could not be delivered, requested my address and went back to check and informed me my mail was being held at the post office and why. She was 5 Stars all the way. I have always found the postal employees at the Florence Post Office to be extremely helpful. Great work.
